Kosta Intro: Sowing Seeds
I collaborated with Kosta to visualize the parable of the sower in the form of a short animated intro. In this literal representation, the spreading of seeds are used metaphor for spreading of the good news of the gospel. This was all to build up hype for Vancouver's largest Korean Christian youth conference.

Initial Concept
Soft characters with punchy colour accents.
I create an initial styleframe using this year's brand colours. The goal was to include every colour into the main character, while maintaining those same colours (and shades of them) for the environment around.

Implied motion can be enough
The turn around for this project was extremely fast, so I had to find areas to cut corners. The scene with the boy throwing the seeds was supposed to be animated, but I opted for a dynamic action pose that slides in. It still implies the impact of the scene without having to animate the smaller elements.
